Settlement Reached in Green Isle Foods Dispute

A settlement has been reached in the long running dispute at Green Isle Foods, in Naas, County Kildare. Both parties have agreed to be bound by a set of proposals put forward by independent mediators. Accordingly, all forms of industrial action and other activity will cease with immediate effect.

Both parties acknowledged the efforts and assistance of all involved in reaching agreement and paid tribute to Mr Jack Wall TD Mr Bernard Durkan TD, who facilitated the independent mediation process.
